Element neutral dmg ; decent sustain (Conrad heals+cleanse, Ophilia's shield+immunity) ; Theo's cheat death

Weaknesses:
No more real dmg if Theo dies ; low base speed

Attack Sequence:
Sniping Theo before any of them gets a turn makes the fight drastically easier. All in all try and make your best to not let any of them reach low HP if Conrad is about to take a turn.
