Sylvia being the only stripper, she's likely to focus Louis, which is not big of a deal if that happens as long as he outspeeds the enemy team (preferably built on Swift in this case).
His role is to grant Katarina invincibility, Kahli grants the ATK buff (order does not really matter), then Katarina obliterates the enemy. Aaliyah being water, it's ok if Feng Yan/Sylvia survives since Kahli can deal with those.
If Katarina does not kill anyone, killing Feng Yan makes this defense relatively harmless - till you get your cooldowns back.

Louis can be replaced by Illianna.
